The Scarlett Belle is fully enclosed with railings along the parameters of the outside decks. The Belle is equipped with adult and child life vests as well.

Majority of our events are held in 3 hours and 4 hours for weddings. Unless you anticipate having a long ceremony it tends to be more than enough time. In that case we can always add more time! Just ask a Representative!

Ho Yes it is! We host small intimate events for 20 or have all of your friends and relatives for a party up to 150. The beauty of having a party on the Belle is having two decks for all of your festivities so you never feel crammed.

Guests in wheelchairs and walkers usually  can get on with our ramp and the ample spaced bathrooms. We do have stairs to the upper level deck. We can assist up the stairs if necessary.

Our friendly harbor patrol can take people from the boat back to the dock.

The Belle is almost entirely enclosed the nature of your party will not be affected rain or shine. Captain will make the ultimate call if there is heavy wind then we can stay at dock for your Party.

Our service staff is also made up of knowledgeable experienced deckhands who are constantly doing engine room checks to prevent problems. In the event of a major issue we will stay docked for the event.

Ceremony Rehearsals are scheduled by appointment and are $75 . We offer a 30 minute ceremony rehearsal off the boat in the grass area next to the boat.

Guest list is required. Pick a  person from your group who can check in guests  the day of the event then hand the list to the Crew before boarding.  We will be going over  your  table floorplan  and  items  you plan to bring 15 days prior to your event.

A Handful or small  basket of Rose petals, any color, real or silk No open flamed candles, confetti or rice please.

Linen colors for tablecloths, overlays and napkins are Black, White, Ivory, Burgundy, Hunter Green and Navy Blue.  You may use one color as a tablecloth and another color as an overlay.

To reserve the Belle, date and time the initial deposit that goes towards the balance is $2,000 for an event and 3000 for a wedding.    We take cash, credit cards or personal check for initial deposit.

Our Crew sets up your tables ,chairs  and linens for you. One and half hours before your event start time up to three adults are allowed to come on a decorate according to the decorating approved guidelines  you discussed with our office staff. If you need further time we will  charge accordingly.
